Why have we fallen?

We are told that we are all sinners. But if we then ask what we are doing that is sinful, the answer is usually less than clear. How can we prevent our separation from God through sin if we do not know what we are doing wrong?

So why are we sinning? What is our sin?

We are sinning because we do not understand that we should love our neighbour as ourself.

When we have understood this, we will no longer continue to sin, and we will no longer be fallen.

My friend,

Good luck trying to work out your own Salvation through works. Christ did for us what no man could do by himself. Not one is sinless, no, not one. Yes, we are to love others as our self. Christ paid for my sins AND EVERY ONES SINS, on the cross and what He Accomplished
there was FINISHED. IT IS OUR JOB TO RECOGNIZE how rotten we are in our sin and even our righteousness (loving others as our selves) is as filthy rags !
Once we see that, we need to REPENT -TURN from the way and power of sin and TURN TO GOD and accept His GIFT OF SALVATION through FAITH. I and all the Body of Christ are His and no one
can pluck us out of His hand. Not the Pope or any counterfeit false tradition of men with their creeds of men that deny the Saving Finished Work Of Christ on the Cross.
Thank God for His
Saving Work on the Cross,
Sincerely,
BrotherMark

Recently you had posted on our blog:

(That includes Luke 12:33, "Sell what you have and give to those in need".

What he meant was:-

His disciples/followers should not have more than the poorest (where they live) are able to have.

I hope you will be doing this as well, as you are teaching others to obey Jesus.)

I believe this is also an Idolatry Parable. He follows up with, "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." I believe with the full context surrounding that passage it is an Idolatry of personal belongings message. Yes, our church does believe to live in humility, be humble, to give willingly and help those in need. We are willing to help out in the community and where ever the Lord wants us. One must also know that God does provide for us. If you are "blessed" with "wealth" and one gives willingly and humbly there is nothing wrong with having that, as long as you are not worshipping your wealth and remember that because of God's grace you received it, and do not do foolish things such as storing up riches with it.

Thanks for the comment! It is encouraging to know others have visited our page. And comments, suggestions and views are always welcomed on our page.

Have a Blessed Day!
